  If the burner on your Mi-T-M Pressure Washer runs erratically, it could be due to: * Water in the fuel oil: Replace the fuel filter or drain the fuel water separator, drain the fuel tank and replace it with clean fuel. * A dirty fuel filter or fuel water separator: Replace the element. * A dirty fuel nozzle: Replace the fuel nozzle. * An improper air adjustment setting: Adjust the air adjustment. * A malfunctioning fuel pump: Replace the fuel pump.

  If the blower runs on your Mi-T-M Pressure Washer, but the burner won't ignite, consider these possible causes: * Dirty or clogged fuel filter or fuel water separator: Drain or replace as necessary. * Low fuel pump pressure: Check fuel pump pressure, adjust or replace as necessary. * Fuel pump inoperative: Check pressure, replace if necessary. * Flexible coupler broken: Replace the coupler. * Fuel solenoid valve failure: Replace the valve. * Dirty or clogged fuel nozzle: Replace the fuel nozzle. * Improper burner air adjustment: Adjust the burner air. * Faulty ignition module: Repair or replace. Consult your Customer Service. * Ignition electrodes damaged or worn: Adjust or replace electrodes. Consult your Customer Service.

  If the burner on your Mi-T-M Pressure Washer ignites but doesn't heat, check the following: * Thermostat knob is OFF: Check thermostat knob position. * Detergent valve is open, but detergent hose is not completely submerged in solution: Close the valve, or completely clear vinyl hose into detergent solution. * Poor or improper fuel supply: Check fuel to ensure it is correct. Drain tank and filter if necessary and refill with proper fuel. * Dirty or clogged fuel filter or fuel water separator: Drain or replace as necessary. * Low fuel pump pressure: Check fuel pump pressure, adjust or replace if needed. * Dirty or clogged fuel nozzle: Replace fuel nozzle. * Improper burner air adjustment: Adjust. * Scale build up in heat exchanger coil: Consult the Service Department.

  If the blower motor of your Mi-T-M Pressure Washer doesn't run (and the burner won't ignite without it), there are several potential causes: * A generator malfunction: Repair or replace the generator. * A burner/blower motor malfunction: Repair or replace the burner/blower motor. * A broken or slipping belt on the generator: Adjust or replace the belt. * The burner switch is not turned on: Check the switch position. * The thermostat knob is OFF: Check the thermostat knob position. * The trigger gun is closed: Open the gun for pressure. * Out of fuel: Refuel. * The detergent valve is open, but the detergent hose is not completely submerged in the solution: Close the valve or completely submerge the clear vinyl hose into the detergent solution. * Pressure switch override: ...
