      John KnightNov 22, 2025
If the burner on your Mi-T-M Pressure Washer won't ignite, several factors could be at play. Start by ensuring the burner switch is on and that there's enough fuel. Open the trigger gun to ensure there is pressure. Check and, if needed, adjust or replace components. A broken flexible coupler also could be the reason, so replace it if necessary. Other potential causes include a dirty or clogged fuel filter, fuel pump issues (sucking air or inoperative), a obstructed fuel pickup screen, a dirty or clogged fuel nozzle, damaged or worn ignition electrodes, no voltage, pressure switch override, high limit switch override. For fuel pickup screen, no voltage and other issues, consult Service. If the pressure is not over 250 PSI/18 Bar, this could be the reason. Allow the unit to cool down before ...

Also, check for a dirty fuel filter or nozzle and replace them if necessary. If the fuel pickup screen is obstructed or the fuel pump is malfunctioning, consult Service or replace the fuel pump.

What to do if there is no discharge at the nozzle of my Mi-T-M HSP Pressure Washer?
    • J
      jameselliottAug 27, 2025
If there's no discharge from your Mi-T-M Pressure Washer nozzle when squeezing the trigger, check the water supply. Ensure you're using a 3/4" diameter hose and the water is turned on. Address any kinks in the hose. Clean or replace a obstructed water inlet screen or spray nozzle. Tighten all water intake connections to prevent the pump from sucking air and eliminate leaks in the intake line. Turn the grip counterclockwise to high pressure. Inspect and, if needed, clean or replace the valve assembly on the pump. Replace worn pump packings or repair/replace the unloader/bypass valve if they're not working correctly.
