      Several factors can cause a lack of discharge at the nozzle: * Inadequate water supply: Ensure your hose is 3/4" in diameter and the water supply is fully turned on. * Kink in the high-pressure discharge hose: Replace the kinked hose. * Water inlet screen obstructed: Remove and clean or replace the screen. * Pump sucking air: Tighten all water intake connections and eliminate leaks in the intake line. * Adjustable grip not in high-pressure mode: Turn the grip counterclockwise to high pressure. * Obstructed or worn spray nozzle: Remove, clean, or replace the nozzle. * Damaged valve assembly on the pump: Remove, inspect, clean, or replace the valve assembly. * Worn pump packings: Replace the packings. * Unloader/Bypass valve malfunctioning: Repair or replace the valve.

      If detergent is not siphoning, check the following: * Ensure the detergent strainer is fully submerged in the detergent solution. * Inspect, clean, or replace the detergent strainer if obstructed. * Inspect, clean, or replace the detergent hose if it is cut, obstructed, or kinked. * Open the detergent adjusting knob. * Turn the grip clockwise to move to low pressure if the adjustable grip on the dual lance is not in low pressure mode. * Clean or replace the nozzle assembly if it is plugged. * Use one high-pressure hose extension maximum. * Remove, clean, or replace the ball & spring in the venturi if stuck.
