HFOV: Horizontal enlargement of the total measuring field at object level
VFOV: Vertical enlargement of the total measuring field at object level
IFOV: Size of the single pixel at object level
1) TIM M-05 is only available with OF25 optics.
2) The accuracy of measurement can be outside of the specifications for distances below the defined minimum distance.
