L.3 OTA DFU Using iOS MBA
The MBA iOS App also supports the OTA DFU with a
similar procedure. After generating the rehex file using
isUpdates tools (L.1 “Rehexing Upgradeable OTA
Image”), the user can use iTunes to upload the rehex
file to iOS.
• Open iTunes and perform the following steps:
- Select the File Sharing section and choose
MBA in the Apps list.
- Press Add… or drag and drop files from your
computer to the “MBA documents” section as
described in the following figures.
- Click Done to complete.
