6.2.2 Outputs Enabled
This indicator will turn off if the ATS-6501 detects a hardware fault with one or more of the
output modules. Verify the output modules are locked to reference and the outputs are enabled
using the status health:outputs_disabled command and verify both active and occurrences = 0.

Users can determine which output module(s) has failed:
Based on which systems the ATS-6501 is driving are no longer operating properly
By unplugging the output modules, one at a time, to see which output module was at
fault.
Note: If this does not work there may be more than one output module that failed. Pull
them all and reinsert them one at time to see which one(s) cause a FAULT.
By using the status health:output_modules command and/or the syslog command and
checking both the active = true and/or occurrences is greater than 0.
