Proving yeast dough
Procedure
^
Prepare the dough according to the recipe.
^
Place the dough in a covered bowl on the rack.
Settings
Further programmes > Prove dough

Temperature: 40 °C
Duration: according to the recipe
Dissolving gelatine
Procedure
^ Gelatine leaves: Completely cover the gelatine leaves with
cold water and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Remove the
gelatine leaves from the bowl and squeeze them out.
Empty the bowl. Place the squeezed gelatine leaves back
in the bowl.

Gelatine powder: Place in a bowl and add water
according to the instructions on the packaging.
^
Cover the bowl and place on the rack.
