Decrystallise honey
Procedure
^
Loosen the lid and place the jar of honey in a perforated
cooking container or on the rack.
^
Stir the honey once during the cooking duration.
Settings
Automatic > Special > Decrystallise honey
or
Steam cooking 2
Temperature: 60 °C
Duration: 90 minutes (depending on the size of the jar or the
amount of honey in the jar).
Making eierstich
Procedure
^ Mix 6 eggs with 375 ml milk (do not beat until foamy).
^ Season the egg and milk mixture and pour into a greased
solid cooking container with a little butter.
Settings
Steam cooking 2
Temperature: 100 °C
Duration: 4 minutes
