Lower basket
See "Loading the dishwasher, Loading
examples" for examples of how to
load crockery and cutlery.
Use the lower basket for larger and
heavier items such as plates, serving
platters, saucepans, serving dishes,
etc.
Glasses, cups and small items such
as saucers can also be placed in the
lower basket.
Place very large plates in the centre
of the lower basket.
When tilted, plates up to 35cm in dia-
meter can be accommodated.
Removable MultiComfort insert
The rear section of the lower basket is
used for washing cups, glasses, plates
and pots.
You can remove the MultiComfort insert
to make more room for larger items
such as pans and casserole dishes.
To remove the insert
Pull the yellow handle forwards and
remove the insert.
To replace the insert
Fit the insert into the lower basket
with the hooks going under the long
cross-piece .
Press down on the insert until it clicks
into position .
