Position of burner components
The burner will only function properly when the components are correctly
positioned:
Notch a on the burner cap must sit in groove b of the burner head.
Notch c on the burner head must sit in groove d on the burner base.
When the components are in the correct position, they are steady and cannot
be twisted from side to side.
