Problem Possible cause and remedy
Water remains in the
wash cabinet at the end
of a programme.
Before rectifying the problem, you must:
Switch the dishwasher off with the button.
The filter combination in the wash cabinet is clogged.
Clean the filter combination (see "Cleaning and
care").
The drain pump or non-return valve are blocked.
Clean the drain pump or the non-return valve (see
"Maintenance").
The drain hose is kinked.
Remove any kink from the drain hose.
Some programmes run
for a long time.
This is not a fault.
Some special programmes have long running times.
Select a different programme (see "Programme
chart").
Although AutoOpen has
been selected, the door
remains closed at the
end of the Short
programme and the
crockery is still damp.
This is not a fault.
The AutoOpen function is not available with the Short
programme due to its short duration.
To improve drying, raise the final rinse temperature
(see "Settings menu - Final rinse temperature").
