Additional drying
For better drying results and to reduce
the amount of steam that escapes
when the door is opened, the Additional
drying function extends the fan runtime
at the end of the programme. This
function is not available for all
programmes (see "Programme chart").
When Additional drying is selected, the
programme duration will increase by
approx. 20-30minutes, depending on
the programme.
 Switch the dishwasher on with the
button.
The Start/Stop indicator light will flash.
 Select a programme.
 Press the button.
The  indicator light will come on if
this function is available for the selected
programme. Otherwise Option not
possible appears in the display.
 Press the Start/Stop button to start
the programme.
Delay start
The start time of a programme can be
delayed, e.g. to benefit from cheaper
electricity tariffs at night. A delay start
time of between 30minutes and
24hours can be selected. The delay
start time is set in 30minute steps.
When using the Delay start function,
make sure that the detergent
compartment is dry before adding
detergent. Wipe dry with a cloth if
necessary.
If the compartment is wet, powder
detergent can become lumpy and
stick to the dispenser, with the result
that it is not fully dispensed.
 Switch the dishwasher on with the
button.
The Start/Stop indicator light will flash.
 Select the programme you require
(see "Operation, Selecting a
programme").
 Press the  button.
The last delay start time used will
appear in the display. The "Delay start"
indicator light will come on.
 Set the required time using the 
button.
If the button is kept pressed in, the time
will increase automatically up to
24:00h. To start at 30 minutes again,
press the  button twice.
