Cleaning the filter whilst dry
The fluff filter can be hygienically and
easily cleaned using a vacuum
cleaner.
^ Remove the fluff with your fingers, or
use a vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning the fluff filter with water
If there is a great deal of compacted
fluff on either part of the filter, they can
be cleaned under hot running water.
,
Dry the two sections thoroughly
before reassembling them. A damp
or wet filter could cause operational
faults when the dryer is switched on.
Replacing the filter
,
If there is a heavy build-up of
fluff in filter housing, the filter
housing should also be cleaned
before
the clean filter is replaced.
See the next page for further details.
^
Reassemble the inner and outer
sections of the filter.
^
Slowly turn the inner section of the
filter clockwise until it you hear it
click.
^
Hold the filter by the handle, and
push it into its housing until it clicks
into place.
Do not turn the handle whilst you are
pushing it back in, or the filter will
come apart.
^ Close the access panel to the filter
housing.
