Power failure

If the dryer is switched off
during a drying programme
or there has been a power
cut:

When the power is
restored and/or the dryer is
switched on again, confirm
with OK and start the
programme again.
Clean out airways
or
Clean the
filters
appears at the
end of the
programme or
after a
programme has
been cancelled.
The dryer is not working
efficiently or economically.
Possible cause: A build-up of
fluff or detergent residues.

Cleaning the fluff filter is
usually all that is required.
However, if the Clean out
airways message does not
go out after you have
cleaned the filter, then also
check all the possible
causes described under
"The drying process goes
on too long or even
switches off".
To delete the message:
– Open and close the door,
or confirm with OK.
The vent ducting may be very
long, which does not
constitute a fault.
If very long ducting is used,
then programme times will be
longer and energy
consumption higher.
You can adjust the setting
which controls if or when the
check message appears.

Programme
cannot be
changed
An attempt has been made to
alter a programme while it is
in progress.

You will need to cancel the
current porgramme before
you can select a new one.
