Make sure you clean all the
filters at the correct intervals
This tumble dryer has a multistage filter
system, consisting of the fluff filters in
the door and the door opening and
additional fine filters.
The filters are located in the
following positions:
1. In the door.
2. In the door opening.
3. In front of the heat exchanger unit.
,
The dryer must not be used
without the fluff filters in place or if
the fluff filters are damaged in any
way. This would cause an excessive
build-up of fluff which in turn would
cause a fault!
When to clean the surfaces of the
fluff filters
The surfaces of the fluff filters:
1. in the door,
2. in the door opening
should be cleaned after each drying
programme.
See "Cleaning the surfaces of the
fluff filters".
,
A clogged filter is a fire hazard!
The fluff filter must be cleaned after
every programme.
When to clean additional fine filters
The additional fine filters do not
need to be cleaned after each
drying programme. They should
only be cleaned with the prompt* to
do so appears in the display.
See "Cleaning the fine filters".
* When
Clean door filter appears:
1. Clean the fine filter in the door.
2. Clean the fine filters in the door
opening.
* When
Clean plinth appears:
3. Clean the fine filter in front of the heat
exchanger unit.
