edge, if they are supervised whilst using it or have been shown how
to use it in a safe way and understand and recognise the conse‐
quences of incorrect operation.
Safety with children
Chil
dren under 8 years of age must be kept away from the tumble
dryer unless they are constantly supervised.

dren 8 years and older may only use the tumble dryer unsu‐
pervised if they have been shown how to use it safely and recognise
and understand the consequences of incorrect operation.
Chil
dren must not be allowed to clean or maintain the tumble dry‐
er unsupervised.

vise children in the vicinity of the tumble dryer and
do not let them play with it.
Technical safety
Befor
e setting up the tumble dryer, check it for any externally visi‐
ble damage.
Do not install or use a damaged tumble dryer.
Befor
e connecting the tumble dryer, ensure that the connection
data on the data plate (fuse rating, voltage and frequency) match the
mains electricity supply. If in any doubt, consult a qualified electri‐
cian.
Reliable
and safe operation of this tumble dryer can only be as‐
sured if it has been connected to the mains electricity supply.
