Time series of surface elevation and corresponding wave spectrum are pre-
sented in Figure 4.37 (regular waves) and Figure 4.38 (irregular waves). The
spectra are calculated by use of the WSWAT Linear Spectral Wave Analysis
Module. However, the FFT tool included in the MIKE 21 Toolbox may also be
used for calculation of raw spectra.
Both figures clearly illustrate the effect of wave breaking and nonlinear wave-
wave interaction (generation of higher harmonic waves).
