Lubrication Procedures
The main bearing housing is the only machine component requiring regular lubrication.
DANGER: TURN MACHINE OFF AND LOCK SERVICE POWER OFF
AT EXTERNAL DISCONNECT BEFORE PROCEEDING. THIS WILL
PREVENT POSSIBLE BODILY INJURY CAUSED BY ELECTRICAL
SHOCK OR ACTUATION OF WASHER MECHANISMS.
1. Remove console top by prying out the four plugs from each corner on top of machine
and removing four bolts. Remove belt guard by loosening its six bolts.
2. Locate two 1/2" plastic tubes secured to electrical control chassis and remove cork stop-
pers from each.
Always clean area surrounding oil plugs before removing. After lubricating, clean any excess lubricant
from machine.
