MAPS 2 (Mimaki Advanced Pass System)
• With MAPS2, both feeding stripes and color changes are reduced
• MAPS 2 eliminates banding by dispersing ink
drops between the passes
• This technology is improving the print quality,
when printing in high productivity modes and
the uneven print density at solid color area’s
are reduced
• By printing in [AUTO] mode of MAPS2, the
condition of MAPS2 is automatically selected
for every print mode
• The print speed does not change by using MAPS2
