4. Measure the resistance of R273 both edges on the main PCB to
judge whether the motor driving circuit is good or not.
When the measured result is 14KΩ and more, the motor driving
circuit has not defect.

If the power supply cannot be turned on, it is possible
that the impedance between the motor driving power
(K1+42V) and GND in the main PCB has abnormally
dropped.
