MINOURA T-817 - User Manual

The T-817 is supplied ready to use with just the gauge bolts and plate to fit. Please assemble
these parts as per diagrams A and B. Extend the main gauge (which holds the wheel) to the
upright position and lock into place as per diagrams B and C.
The stand is now ready for use.

Assemble gauge bolts and plate, then extend and lock the main gauge as per diagrams.

Fitting the Wheel into the Truing Stand

Front Wheel Installation

Fit the front wheel into the main gauge using Diagram E for reference.

Rear Wheel Installation

Fit the rear wheel into the main gauge using Diagram F for reference.

Truing the Wheel

Detecting and Correcting Flat Spots

Position vertical gauge 1-3mm from rim and spin wheel to find flat spots.

Detecting and Correcting Wheel Buckles

Position horizontal gauges 1-3mm from rim sides and spin to find buckles.

Storing the Truing Stand

Folding and Storage Procedure

Unlock main gauge (Diagram D) and fold flat. Gauge stay also folds for storage.
