VERGO instruction manual
Thank you for purchasing the “VERGO” bike mount kit.
You can hold two or three bikes in the cargo space of your vehicle or on the truck bed easily and
with stability.
Please read the following instructions carefully before use.
HOW TO USE VERGO
<Mounting Example>
Two bikes in a mini-van

Place VERGO on a flat floor of the cargo space.
VERGO itself is free standing so uneven
floor design will compromise stability.

Remove the front wheel, then clamp the front
fork on the Fork Mount with the supplied
quick release skewer.
When you need to adjust the bikes position, just
slide the Fork Mount by loosening the knob
bolt and moving the mount in either direction.
Slide to the desired position, then tighten the knob
bolt firmly to fix the position.
Make sure both adjustment position guides are
properly in the rail of the main frame.

The Fork Mount can be twisted in 25 degrees in
both directions. This makes for easy adjustment
for handlebar issues and saves space.
Understand: Bikes on VERGO are not attached to. If you drive hard, the bikes may move around
in your vehicle. To keep the bikes stable, we recommend tying bikes down with a long strap.

How to Use VERGO

Place VERGO on Flat Floor

Place the VERGO on a flat cargo space floor for stability; uneven surfaces compromise its stability.

Attach Bike to Fork Mount

Remove the front wheel and clamp the front fork onto the Fork Mount using the quick release skewer.

Adjust Bike Position

Loosen the knob bolt to slide the Fork Mount for desired bike positioning; ensure guides fit the rail.

Twist Fork Mount for Clearance

Twist the Fork Mount up to 25 degrees in either direction for handlebar clearance and space saving.

How To Disassemble and Assemble

Remove End Cover

Remove the End Cover by unscrewing the two screws located underneath it with a Phillips screwdriver.

Disassemble Fork Mount

Disassemble the Fork Mount by simply removing the knob bolt.

Insert Base Plate

Insert the Base Plate into the Base Frame, ensuring it is in the 'M' style, not 'W' style.

Place Guide Plate

Place the Guide Plate onto the Base Frame, confirming adjustment guides align with the Rail.

Mount Fork Mount

Position the Fork Mount on the Guide Plate and then secure it by tightening the Knob Bolt.

Re-attach End Cover

Finally, insert the End Cover back into the Base Frame and secure it by tightening the screws.
