Control Panel
1. START/CANCEL Button
Thisbuttonservestwofunctions:
a.Pressittostartaselectedcookingmode.
b.Cancelcookingprocessduringoperation,
cancelanypreviouslyselectedcookmodeif
changingyourmindorinadvertentlychosen
theincorrectcookmodeormanualcook
timesettings.
2. ‘+’ and ‘-’ Buttons
Pressingthesebuttonsallowsyouto:
a.Manuallysetanycookingtimebetween2
and99minutesat1minuteintervalsafter
havingpressedManualcookbutton.
b.DecreaseorIncreasededicatedcookmodes
defaultcookingtimestosuityourliking(Under
cookorovercook).
c. Settimer(AfterpressingPresetcookbutton)
fordelaycookingstart.
Note : you can either continue press
buttons to increase or decrease time at 1
minute intervals or hold buttons to speed
scroll to desired time setting.
3. Dedicated cooking mode buttons
 Poultry,Bean/Chili,Soup,Porridge,Steam,
Meat/Stew,Brown/Saute,RiceandSlow
Cook.
 Pressinganyofthesebuttonsselectsadefault
“idealcookingtime“,fortherespectively
chosendish.
 TheSlowcookfunctionisforCookyourfood
slowly,toretainavorandtenderness(10-
hourtimer).
 Thetimecanbechangedbypressing“+”
and“-”Buttonstorangefrom4to10hoursat
1hourintervals.
Note: This function will cook food at
90-95C, which is the lowest setting on
a traditional slow cooker; most recipes
using a slow cooker require 8-9 hours
cooking time.
4. Preset Cook Button:
Pressingthisbuttonselects“TIMER“todelay
thestart-upofthecookingprocess.
 Tobeusedinconjunctionwithdedicated
cookingmodeand+/-Buttonstoselectyour
desireddelaystart-uptimefrom0.5-12hours
at0.5hourintervals.
 Theunitwillstartcookingbypressed“START/
CANCEL”Buttonandwhensettimehas
expired.
Note : This function cannot be activated
in conjunction with the dedicated Slow
cook mode, the reason be, that some
ingredients cannot be left for extended
periods of time in the delayed cooking
start time.
5. Manual Cook:
Pressingthisfunctionbuttonallowsyou
tomanuallyselectanycookingtimein
conjunctionwiththe+/-buttons,from2to
99minutesifyouwishtohaveindependent
control.
LED Display:
1. Standby mode
“OFF”iconappearsonthedisplay.
2. Keep Warm mode
00:00appearsonthedisplayandstartto
countthetimeofkeepwarm,the“Keep
warm”indicatorlightilluminatesatthesame
time.Thekeepwarmtimelengthis12hours.
3. Preset Cook
Tosetdelayedcookingstartuptime,rst
selectDedicatedCookMode(Soup,Rice
etc.)ormanualselectedcookingtime,then
press“PRESETCOOK”Button.01:00appears
onthedisplay,”01:00”willashfor20seconds,
locksinandcookingwillcommenceby
pressing“START/CANCEL”buttonforcooking
tostartafteronehour.
 DelayStartcookingtimecanbeincreased,
rangingfrom0.5to12hoursbypressing“+”
Buttonwithinthe20secondashtimeframe
locksinandwillcommencecookingby
pressing“START/CANCEL”buttonandafter
newlysettimehaslapsed.
4. Dedicated Cooking Modes (Soup,
Rice etc.)
DefaultcookingtimeMM(e.g.Rice,12)
appearsontheLEDdisplay.
 Willashforapproximately20Seconds,locks
inandcommencescookingfor12Minutes.
 Timecanbeadjustedupordown,ranging
from5to16Minutesat1minuteinterval
withinthe20secondashingtimeframeby
pressing“+”or“-”buttons,selectedtimewill
ashandlocksinnewtimeandcommences
cookingfortheselectedtime.
