2.1 Performance Specifications
RTD input module
*1 An usable resistance temperature detector is 3-wire type only. A resistance temperature detector of 2-wire type or 4-wire type cannot be
used.
*2 When a value outside the input range is input from a resistance temperature detector, the value is regarded as the maximum value or
minimum value of the input range.
*3 The accuracy when a resistance temperature detector is connected, refer to the following.
