 The information of each module can be checked from the "System Monitor" screen.
Double-click the CPU module.
 The "PLC diagnostics" screen is displayed to
check the operation status of the CPU module.
Double-click each module (except the CPU module and
power supply module).
 The "Module's Detailed Information" screen is
displayed to check the status of each module.
