2.10.4 Fixed scan execution type program
Fixed scan execution type program is a program executed at specified time intervals. This type of programs, unlike 
interrupt programs, can be interrupted in units of files without interrupt pointers or the IRET instruction. For the 
restrictions on programming, refer to Page 82, Section 2.9 (1) (b). (The restrictions on programming are the same as 
those for interrupt programs.)
To execute a fixed scan execution type program, execute the EI instruction in the initial execution type program or scan 
execution type program to enable interrupts.
