replace the CPU module that does not
support a multiple system configuration
with the one that does.
• The cause is a failure of the intelligent

unit. Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.

(2) In a multiple CPU system, the control CPU
setting of other CPUs, configured in the I/O
Assignment tab of "PLC Parameter", differs
from that of CPU No.1.

cause is a failure of the intelligent function
