Support Hotline to assist our customers with installation problems or questions at any time.
However, the Support Hotline personnel depend on you, the callers, providing comprehen-
sive information to allow us to give instant solutions to problems.
Which CD-ROM drive model are you using?
Which device driver version are you using?
Exactly what kind of PC are you using?
Which main board and which IDE controller are installed?
How is your CD-ROM drive connected?
Which port is it connected to (primary or secondary, master or
slave)?
Which operating system are you using? Which version?
What information is in your start-up files (CONFIG.SYS, AUTO-
EXEC.BAT and Windows SYSTEM.INI)?
It will help to print these files out beforehand.
