4 WIRE TEST INTERFACING
With 4 wire testing, the systems measures only the resistance of the UUT. The
interface cable is eliminated from the measurement automatically, allowing for more
accurate low resistance measurement.
You need to pair 2 pins of the test system to create 1 test point; be sure to pair the
correct pins.
