Notice:
Each configuration change leads to a restart of the DTS SNMP Agent.
User configuration SNMP V3:
1. Password for authentication (MD5) and privacy (DES). 8 – 40 characters.
2. Minimal security level: 1=noauth (no authentication)
2=auth (only authentication)
3=priv (authentication and privacy)
3. SNMP read access: 0=none (no access)
1=all (full access)
2=DTS info (only DTS specific information)
3=user defined 1 (viewDTS1)
4=user defined 2 (viewDTS2)
