RECOMMENDED CLEANERS FOR EACH MOBIUS PART:
It is recommended that warm or hot water is used to make up your diluted cleaning solution for the Mobius.

8.5 – 10 STEP 1 - CLEAN

Cleaning Wipes and/or
- RESIN8 XTRA
STEP 2 - RINSE
with water
STEP 3 - SANITIZE, IF
NECESSARY
- Shyield or Isopropyl
BED KNIVES & SPACER BARS:
With parts on racks, soak in diluted cleaning solution
for 5 – 10 minutes, brush/wipe down any areas with
signicant resin build-up then rinse. Pressure washer OK.
HELICAL BLADES:
Place helical blades in blade racks. If resin build-up
is minimal, simply wipe down with cleaning wipe or
cloth. If resin build-up is more signicant, spray blades
with cleaner, avoiding the bearings on either end, and
let sit for 5 minutes. Brush/wipe down any areas with
signicant resin build-up then rinse. Pressure washer
OK on blades, but not on bearing blocks.
To clean bearing blocks, place blades on support
racks. Use a cleaning wipe to hand-clean bearing
blocks, as necessary
