The Timer is adjustable to a max of 9 hours and 99 minutes.
Change the cook time as below before starting the countdown.

The adjustment is made by pressing either
[<<] for reducing time and [>>] for increasing.
Exit from the program by pressing the [hand]
button or do not use the keypad for 5 seconds.
The countdown will show hours and minutes until the final
10 minutes. After this time it will show minutes and seconds.
There is an LED lit to show what time mode is in use.
The countdown is started automatically when
the switch is put into the “Regen” position.
At the end of the cook time a buzzer will sound
and the ready light will illuminate. Cancel both
of these by switching the Regen button o.
Pressing the button during the cycle will
stop the countdown and the Regen cycle.
