21 System error Restart the e-bike -
Bring in for service if problem persist
22 Throttle failure (This bicycle
model does not have this feauture)
Check throttle before the e-bike turns on -
Bring in for service if problem persist
24 Signal error in motor Disconnect and reconnect motor wires -
Bring in for service if problem persist
25 Brake failure Check the brakes before turning on the e-bike
28 Other errors Restart the e-bike / Update software / Replace controller
30 Communication error Make sure that the cables for the display are in place
31 Tough on/off button Replace display control
