• Place the operating valve above the valve cen-
tralizer and push down.
• Fill the cooker body with water up to 2/3 of
its height.
• Close the cooker (see previous page: Close).
• Place the cooker on top of a heat source at
maximum level.
• When steam begins to leave from the operating
valve, reduce the heat to a minimum level and
set time for 20 minutes.
• When the 20 minutes have passed, turn off the
heat completely.
• To depressurize the pressure cooker, place it
below a fl ow of cold water.
• When steam stops leaving the operating valve,
remove the valve with the help of a damp cloth
and open the cooker.
• Wash and dry the cooker lid and body.
