• Before each use, verify that the centralizer of
the operating valve is not obstructed.
• Place the operating valve in its position.
• Place the cooker on top of a heat source at
maximum level.
• When the operating valve begins to turn in a re-
gular and continued manner letting some steam
escape, cooking has started.
IF NO STEAM LEAVES THROUGH THE OPE-
RATING VALVE AND NO SOUND IS EMITTED
WHILE COOKING:
•
The pressure has not increased. This is normal
during the fi rst minutes while cooking.
IF THIS EVENT PERSISTS, VERIFY that:
• The heat source is suffi ciently strong.
• If not, increase the heat.
• The quantity of liquid in the cooker body is
suffi cient.
• The operating valve is correctly placed, clean
and free of residue.
• The pressure cooker is correctly closed.
• The silicone gasket and the cooker’s edges have
not deteriorated.
