SEQUENCER (Continued)
RETURN TO ZERO
Pressing the |t RTZ button resets the sequencer to the rst step.
START/STOP (RUNNING/LIT, STOPPED/UNLIT)
This u|| START/STOP button acts as a toggle, either setting the
Sequencer to run, beginning at the rst step, or stopping the Sequencer
at the current step.
TIP: To start multiple sequences simultaneously – that is, one sequence
from Synth 1 plus a second from Synth 3, for example – use the PANEL
FOCUS buttons in the Center Console to select more than one Synth,
and then press the u|| (START/STOP) button.
RECORD (RECORDING/LIT, NOT RECORDING/UNLIT)
Pressing the O RECORD button places the sequencer in the Record
mode. Press the O RECORD button a second time to exit the Record
mode.
ADV (ADVANCE – STEP BACK, STEP FORWARD)
These buttons are used to select the current sequence step. The current
playback step is indicated by the CURRENT PAGE and ACTIVE STEP
LEDs. Press the button(s) until you reach the desired step.
TIP: These buttons can be used to select a step in the Step Edit screen even
when the sequence is running, although the Front Panel CURRENT PAGE
and ACTIVE STEP LEDS will instead show the current playback step.
