      If the paper does not advance correctly on your Mortara Medical Equipment: Verify it is the correct paper. Verify paper is properly loaded with the cueing mark in the lower left corner. Open the paper door, remove the paper and make sure there are no sheets of cardboard under the paper. Pull ½ sheet of paper out and securely close the door. You should hear a loud click. Press RHY and press Done after a couple seconds. Paper should advance to the end of the page and stop.

      If the AC power cord is not connected to a grounded electrical outlet or is damaged on your Mortara Medical Equipment, ensure that the AC power cord is not damaged and is firmly connected to the AC power connector on the rear of the electrocardiograph. The green LED next to the power button should be lit when AC is correctly connected. Also, ensure that the electrocardiograph is plugged into a grounded electrical outlet. If the AC power is being used and the AC power switch is set to the On position, but the AC power on indicator light does not illuminate and the display is still dark, contact Mortara Technical Support.
