Perhaps the camera is installed
next to (or opposite) a mirror or
light surface. In this case, the IR
illumination dazzles itself when
turned on, move the camera
to another location or disable/
enable forced night mode in the
camera settings
Perhaps You have entered the
wrong Wi-Fi password
Perhaps you do not have a
password for Wi-Fi (you need to
set it)
Perhaps you have an outdated
type of Wi-Fi – WEP encryption
installed (You must change it to
WPA / WPA2)
The camera is too far from
the Wi-Fi router (for the rst
connection, move the camera
closer to the router)
You need to disconnect the
camera from your account (or
reset using the button on the
back of the camera, holding it
for 5-10 seconds) and reconnect
the camera to the new Wi-Fi
network
Make sure there are no
stickers or dirt on the camera.
Make sure that the camera
lens is directed exactly at the
smartphone with the QR code,
and not to the side. If necessary,
