Perhaps you have a router (Wi-
Fi network) that operates
at 5GHz. Solution: Connect
the camera use WIFI extender
(increases the range of the
Wi-Fi signal and converts the
frequency from 5Ghz to 2.4GHz)
If your router operates at two
frequencies (5Ghz and 2.4GHz),
try temporarily to disable the
5GHz frequency, connect the
camera, and then turning 5GHz
back on
There is no internet
