through a repeater; On = direct;
Off = repeater

This channel is being monitored.

Your radio is in secure operation;
On = secure operation;
Off = clear operation; Blinking = receiving
an encrypted voice call

The radio is scanning a scan list

Priority 1 Channel during scan

Priority 2 Channel during scan
Indicates status of the location signal;
Off = Location feature disabled, or
insufficient battery power in location
accessory device; Blinking = Location
feature enabled, but no location signal
available; On = Location feature enabled,
