Low Battery Indicator: A : d isplays on the fourth line o f the Status
screen at the onset of a low batte ry condition. Refer to “Battery Information”
on p age 3 if the internal battery is low.
Message Status: If turned on, the third line of the Status screen displays text
messages that indicate c arrier-specific service modes. Refer to your service
provider literature.
Updated Message: If your communicator (PIC) is configured to save
messages receive d with errors,
UPDATED displays at the beginning of the
message when an update oc curs. This display indicates the message has bee n
retransmitted to correct previously received errors.
Out of Range: If programmed, ]] displays whenever you are out of your
cove ragearea.Uponreturning toyour coveragearea,]] no longer displays on
the Status sc r een.
Memory Fu ll Indicator: When the main m essage mem ory is full,
MEMORY FULL displays on the second line of the Status screen.
• When the PIC’s memory is full, the oldest messages (read first, then
unread) are automatically deleted to make room for new messages.
