Using Call Waiting
If you subscribe to call waiting, an alert tone sounds
while you are on a call to indicate that you have
received a second call.
To put the first call on hold and answer the second call:
Making a Three-Way Call
During a call, you can call and connect a third party
so that the three of you can talk together. You cannot
do this if you already have a call on hold.
While you are on a call:

answer the new call

switch back to the first call
