2 Locate the Scan icon.
3 To turn on Scan, press the Volume Up button. To turn off, press the Volume Down button.
If Scan is on, the following occurs:
• Voice Announcement sounds Scan On.
• The display shows a check mark beside the Scan icon.
• The amber LED blinks.
If Scan is off, the following occurs:
• Voice Announcement sounds Scan Off.
• The display shows an "X" mark beside the Scan icon.
