◆ Warning Code
Press the or (<0.5S) button and select “warning Code”, and then press the (<0.5S) button
to confirm. It shows error information for the last ten errors of the pedelec.
Error code "00"means that there is no error. To return to the menu press the (<0.5S) button,
once "BACK" is highlighted to return to the information settings.
Press the or (<0.5S) button and select “Warning Code”, and then press the button to
confirm. Press and hold , and together (>2 S) to clear away the warning code.
◆ ERROR CODE DEFINITION
The display can show the errors of a pedelec. If an error is detected, the wrench icon appears on
the display and one of the following error codes will be displayed. Please read the description of
the error code carefully. If you see the error code, restart the system first. If the problem is not
resolved, please contact your dealer.
Check the cable connectors and make sure they
are properly connected.
Replace extension cable or throttle cable (if
applicable).
Replace the throttle lever, if the defect persists,
contact the service center.
Battery overvoltage protection
Check that the rated voltage of the battery is the
same as that of the power unit.
Replace the battery with a new one, if the defect
persists, contact the service center.
Error with the hall sensor signal inside
motor
Check the cable connectors and make sure they
are connected correctly, if the fault persists,
contact the service center.
Error with the engine phase´s
Check the cable connectors and make sure they
are connected correctly, if the fault persists,
contact the service center.
The temperature sensor inside the engine
has reached its maximum protection value
Stop, switch off the bike and wait for the engine
to cool down. If the error appears when the
wheel could not be overloaded, contact the
service center.
