! DANGER
ƔRisk of Accidental Drowning. Extreme caution must be exercised to prevent
unauthorized access by children.
ƔRisk of drowning. Inspect the spa cover regularly for leak, premature wear and
tear, damage or signs of deterioration. Never use a worn or damaged cover: it
will not provide the level of protection required to prevent unsupervised access to
the spa by a child.
ƔRisk of drowning. Always lock the spa cover after each use.
ƔRisk of injury. The suction fittings in this spa are sized to match the specific
water flow created by the pump. Never operate the spa if the suction fittings are
broken or missing. Never replace a suction fitting with an incompatible one.
ƔRisk of injury. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, service agent or similarly qualified persons avoid a hazard.
ƔRisk of Electric Shock. Do not permit any electrical appliances, such as a light,
telephone, radio or television within 1.5m (5 feet) of a spa tub.
ƔRisk of Electric Shock. Do not use the spa when it is raining, thundering or
lightning.
