How to fix my MSpa Hot Tub if it loses air?

  If your MSpa Hot Tub is losing air, begin by checking the air valve to ensure it is not loose. Inflate the spa until the yellow section of the manometer is pushed out, and make sure the valve is screwed tightly; replace the valve if needed. Additionally, inspect the spa tub for any holes or splits. To locate a leak, apply soapy water to the seams; bubbles will appear where there is a leak. Clean and dry the leaking area before applying the repair patch supplied with your spa. Check the repair section on P15.

  If you are getting an F1 error on your MSpa Hot Tub immediately after pressing FILTER, HEATING, or UVC, clean the parts and tubes that the water goes through. If the F1 error appears 15 seconds after pressing FILTER, HEATING, or UVC, first add more water to the minimum line, then clean the parts and tubes that water goes through. If the issue persists, contact your local MSpa Service Center.

  If there are no bubbles in your MSpa hot tub, wait for 10 minutes and turn on the Bubble button again, as it may have auto-off after 10 minutes. If the issue persists, contact the MSpa Service Center, as internal parts may be damaged or the one-way valve may be broken.
