6. Inspect the O-ring between the insulator block and
the cylinder. See Figure 5.32.
7. Install the insulator by following the previous steps
in reverse order.
NOTE: Apply a small amount of releasable thread
locking compound such as Loctite® 242
(blue) to the carburetor insulator block to cyl-
inder screws. Tighten them to a torque of 45
- 50 in lbs (5 - 6 Nm).
8. Test run the engine before returning it to service.
