Remove
the
tiller,
all
loose
parts
and
literature
from
the
carton
before
discarding
carton.
2.
Extend
the
throttle
control
and
place
on
the
floor.
Be
careful
not
to
bend
or
kink
control
wire.
3.
The
tailpiece
is
partially
assembled.
Pivot
the
tailpiece
upward
until
the
holes
line
up
with
the
rear
-frame
rails.
