Item Component Description
1 LVDT Measures the displacement of the linear actuator’s travel. The
linear variable displacement transducer (LVDT) is located
inside the actuator.
2 Encoder Connector The encoder measures the angle of the rotary actuator’s
travel. It is built into the motor.
3 Servo Motor Applies rotational forces to a specimen. The servo motor is
coupled to the linear actuator for axial-torsional load units.
