MAINTENANCE
2. Place and hold the manual cylinder jogging switch
(Figure 60) in either the JOG “A” or JOG “B” position
to test the pressure of that particular cylinder.

3. The pumping pressure gauge (Figure 61) should
read approximately 4,100 ~ 4,200 psi.

LONG-TERM STORAGE (PUMP)
1. Remove the battery.
2. Drain the fuel tank completely. Treat with a fuel stabilizer
if necessary.
3. Clean the exterior with a cloth soaked in clean oil.
4. Cover the unit with a plastic sheet and store it out of
direct sunlight in a moisture- and dust-free location.

CAUTION
NEVER store the pump with fuel in the tank for an
extended period of time. ALWAYS clean up spilled
fuel immediately.
LONG-TERM STORAGE (TRAILER)
1. Check the brake system for proper fluid level in the
master cylinder and bleed all lines.
2. Lubricate all links and pivots to prevent any rusting.
3. Remove wheel and drum assemblies and spray a good
anti-corrosion compound (CRC formula 5-56) under
the rubber boot on the forward end of the brake wheel
cylinder. Avoid spraying the drum and brake lining.
4. Grease all bearings and reinstall the wheel and drum
assemblies.
5. Make sure the breakaway cable is fully released.
6. After extended storage, refer to the following Trailer
Maintenance section to ensure that the trailer is ready
for towing.
